The directors and general meetings minutes of 1960 record that trading was suspended and the staff were transferred to The Superheater Company Limited (see below). However, the company continued to complete orders and look for new orders. It joined Clarke Chapman Limited as part of the 1974 merger with the UK interests of International Combustion (Holdings) Limited. |
