Common Council order books All indexed except No 1. One of two series of order books in which Council decisions were recorded. This series records all orders issued by the Mayor and Burgesses except those for the sealing of documents [see MD.NC/1/1-6]. The Mayor signed each meeting's proceedings at the end. There are transcripts of these volumes in the Search Room Library.
